- For a single, non-complex/non-extensive Will, our fee is £160
- For a pair of mirror, non-complex/non-extensive Wills, or fee is £200
- For a bespoke/complex Wills including a single Trust/right of occupation, our fee starts at £230
- For bespoke/complex mirror Will’s including a single trust/right of occupation in each Will, our fees start at £300
Inheritance Tax and Lifetime Planning Services
For a 30 minute discussion on ways to reduce/mitigate against tax and other third party liabilities, our fee is £100. If you book in a 60 minute discussion, this fee is increased to £160
Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Our fee for the preparation and subsequent registration of a single Lasting Power of Attorney for either property and finances/health and welfare is charged at £249 plus a registration fee payable directly to the Office of the Public Guardian of £82.
- Our fee for the preparation and subsequent registration of both types of Lasting Powers of Attorney, our fee is reduced from £249 as above, to £200 each, plus the £82 registration fee payable to the Office of the Public Guardian (per document)
Advanced Directions/Living Wills
Our fee for the preparation of a Living Will is £270.
